Start with the facts.
Build the plan.
PlanScore V2 begins with a surfaced client profile, then gives advisors two default ways to work: talk it through with Harmony or use the plan builder. Every path lands in the same reviewed proposal and plan PDFs.
Hi, I'm Harmony. Start with the client profile, then choose how you want to build.
Choose the working mode that fits the client
The default product surface is intentionally simple: start from the client profile, then use conversation or the manual builder. Advanced capture modes stay out of the default flow.
Talk it through
Start from notes, a quick narrative, or a live conversation with Harmony. It asks for missing client facts and drafts observations for your review.
Advisor-led conversationUse the plan builder
Move through the client profile, planning categories, proposal, and PDF review with the full structure visible from the start.
Guided builderSimple for the advisor, controlled for compliance
The default workflow keeps the advisor in control while giving Harmony enough structure to be useful.
Client facts stay private
Facts live in your secure workspace and follow the existing advisor-confirmed fact pipeline.
Advisor approval is required
Harmony can draft observations and recommendations, but the advisor chooses what appears in the proposal and plan.
Disclosures stay mandatory
Compliance-critical disclosure pages are part of every generated PDF and cannot be removed from the default deliverable.
